The practical experience I gained in my work roles was essential, yet I needed to back my work with theoretical foundations. Completion of a Master of Learning Sciences and Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Innovative Learning Design provided this theoretical foundation. The programs allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of learning theory alongside instructional design models and emerging technologies which have enabled me to create evidence-based learner centered learning experiences. My current work combines professional experience with academic knowledge to develop meaningful learning solutions that produce real results.
